Word Search Daily Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the Word Search Daily Android and iOS application, associated puzzle-content and subscription-verification services, and this website, supplied by TUCKR89 LLC. Contact support@tuckr89.com. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Where local law requires affirmative agreement or other protections, use of the service alone does not override those rights.

Game, license and content

Word Search Daily offers personal, noncommercial puzzle play, saved progress, cached puzzles, and optional Premium features. You receive a limited, revocable, nontransferable license to use the application and its content according to applicable law and store rules. You must not misappropriate puzzle content, exploit service vulnerabilities, misuse purchase verification, disrupt the backend, or violate others' rights. Statutory rights including lawful interoperability are not restricted.

Connectivity, progress and availability

Recently cached puzzles may work offline, but new daily content, account-linked Premium verification, restoration, and certain connected features may require internet access. Puzzle results, streaks and achievements are for entertainment and have no cash value. Local progress may be lost on uninstall, device failure or cleared app storage; restoring a store purchase does not necessarily restore progress. Features and availability may change with reasonable notice and applicable consumer rights.

Free and Premium features

Premium may include expanded categories, hints, custom puzzles, challenges, collections and other benefits described in the app. Included benefits vary by version and availability. The purchasing store shows the final localized price, period, taxes, trial or promotional terms where applicable, and renewal information before confirmation. Do not rely on example prices or unconfirmed promotions.

Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

Android subscriptions are billed by Google Play; iOS subscriptions, when enabled, are billed by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions generally auto-renew unless canceled under the applicable store's terms. Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play subscriptions; manage Apple subscriptions through Apple Account subscriptions. Uninstalling or deleting local records does not cancel billing. Access following cancellation, refunds, renewal notices and applicable taxes are governed by the relevant store's terms and law. Refund requests should use the relevant store's procedures. Google and Apple purchases are separate and do not transfer automatically.

Purchase ownership and restoration

Google Play purchases require verification through Google services. iOS purchases, when activated, may require a trusted app identity as well as the purchasing Apple Account to restore access; app-specific owner and transaction references may be processed by our backend. Where an identity-based account is activated, its privacy and deletion processes are described in our Privacy Policy. Do not provide credentials or complete payment-card details to support.

Feedback and support

If you voluntarily send feedback or support correspondence, you remain responsible for content you submit and must not include unlawful material or secrets. You permit us to process submitted feedback as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain and improve the game, under the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but do not promise uninterrupted connectivity, error-free puzzles or permanent availability of particular content. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Apple terms

For an Apple-distributed app, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement may apply in addition to these service Terms, subject to applicable law. Apple is responsible for App Store billing and related platform policies, not for the separate Word Search Daily content service.

Changes and contact
