Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Word Search Daily is an ad-free subscription word-search application. Android gameplay does not require a separate Word Search Daily account and does not ask for your name, phone number, address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone access, or advertising identifier to play.

Some information is stored locally on your device so the app can remember puzzle progress and preferences. The app connects to our service for puzzle content, optional feedback and purchase verification. Android uses Google Play; an iOS release may use Apple App Store billing and a separately verified account identity for subscription ownership.

2. Information we handle

Information stored on your device

Word Search Daily may store app preferences and gameplay information locally on your device, including completed-puzzle counts, streak information, words found, puzzle preferences, an unfinished active game, and cached puzzle content. This information is used to provide app functionality and offline continuity.

Information processed when content is requested

When the app connects to the Word Search Daily service to retrieve categories, daily puzzles, challenges, collections, or configuration, our server and hosting/network providers may process standard technical request information such as IP address, request time, requested endpoint, response status, and device/network information normally transmitted with an internet request. We use this information as needed to deliver the service, maintain security, diagnose failures, and operate the backend.

Subscription and purchase information

If you start, restore, or use a paid subscription, Google Play processes the transaction. Word Search Daily may receive or process the subscription product identifier, purchase token, transaction or order-related identifiers, purchase status, renewal/expiration state, and entitlement status that are necessary to confirm Premium access. Where server-side verification is used, the app or backend may send the purchase token and related subscription identifiers to Google Play's developer services to verify the subscription. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device/app details, or troubleshooting information.

3. How we use information

• Provide daily puzzles, categories, challenges, collections, and app configuration.
• Save local preferences, puzzle progress, streaks, and unfinished games.
• Confirm subscription entitlement and restore eligible purchases.
• Maintain service reliability, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to support requests and communications you initiate.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or platform obligations where applicable.

We do not use Word Search Daily gameplay information for third-party targeted advertising; the reviewed Android and iOS app source does not include an advertising SDK.

4. When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose or make limited information available to service providers only as needed to operate Word Search Daily, including:

• Google Play / Google: for app distribution, billing, subscription management, purchase verification, fraud prevention, and platform services.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: to deliver puzzle content, route network traffic, store operational data, and secure the service.
• Support providers: if we use a service to receive or respond to a support request you initiate.
• Legal or safety disclosures: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce rights, investigate abuse, or protect users and the service.

Service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies where they act independently, such as Google in connection with Google Play.

5. Google Play billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased on Android are handled through Google Play's billing system. Google controls checkout, stores payment credentials, and provides the purchase/subscription status required for the app to determine access. Your actual price, billing period, renewal terms, trial eligibility, and cancellation options are shown by Google Play before purchase and in your Google Play subscription settings.

You can manage or cancel an Android subscription through Google Play. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not necessarily end access immediately; access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period, subject to Google Play's terms.

6. Data retention

Local gameplay and preference information generally remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, reset relevant settings, or uninstall the app. Cached content may be replaced as newer content is downloaded.

Backend technical logs and subscription-verification records, if retained, are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, subscription support, accounting, or legal obligations. Support messages may be retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain reasonable support records.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled by Word Search Daily. Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so no service can promise absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Word Search Daily is designed as a general-audience puzzle app and does not require a user profile or ask users to submit personal information in order to play. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the app. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us through support or another channel, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

9. Your choices and deletion

Accounts and linked purchase identity: Ordinary Android play has no separate Word Search Daily profile. The iOS subscription flow, when enabled, may use a verified app-specific account identity to bind and restore purchase ownership. If you use an in-app account, the application must provide a way to request deletion of that account and associated developer-held data, subject to records we must lawfully retain. Contact support for deletion assistance and any records held by us. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

Local app data: you can remove locally stored Word Search Daily data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

Subscription: you can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Uninstalling Word Search Daily does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Support or backend information: if you want to ask about information associated with a support interaction or other identifiable information we may hold, contact us using the address below. We may need limited information to locate and verify the request, and some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

Apple App Store and iOS privacy

The iOS implementation uses Apple purchase verification and an account-bound entitlement service; production availability depends on the App Store configuration. When enabled, purchase verification may transmit Apple transaction/product identifiers, app-specific account or owner identifiers, and signed purchase evidence to TUCKR89 LLC's service for authentication, renewal, fraud prevention and restoration. The server may retain hashed ownership references, transaction/notification identifiers and subscription status information; those pseudonymous identifiers may still be linkable to an account. Apple handles payment-card information. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are separate and do not automatically transfer between stores. Purchase restoration may require both the purchasing Apple Account and the verified app identity.

The app stores gameplay progress and cached puzzles locally. Operating-system backup or transfer features may copy that data to a user-controlled Apple, Google or other destination under that provider's policies; offline puzzle availability does not guarantee offline subscription restoration. Google Play Games integration applies to Android, not iOS. iOS account and subscription functions described here are subject to production configuration and should not be interpreted as already available to all users.

Feedback and backend records

If you submit feedback in the app, the category and free-text message are transmitted to the shared backend, stored with a creation timestamp and app identifier, and may be emailed through our configured email delivery provider to our support team. Do not include passwords, full purchase tokens or sensitive information. Feedback may contain personal data you choose to submit, even if no email field is requested. Hosting and network providers may also process IP addresses, request paths and timestamps. We handle privacy requests at support@tuckr89.com; retention and deletion depend on applicable obligations and records we can reliably identify.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Word Search Daily's features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes should be reflected in the app, store listing, or other appropriate notice where required.
