Word Search Daily Support

Open Word Search Daily, open the Premium screen, and choose Restore purchases. On Android, use the same purchasing Google account and ensure Google Play is connected. On iOS, when Apple subscriptions are available, use the purchasing Apple Account and the verified app identity required for restoration.

Android subscriptions are managed in Google Play subscriptions. On iOS, when Apple subscriptions are available, use Apple Account subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel either subscription.

Give the purchasing store time to finish the transaction, verify your internet connection, and reopen the Premium screen. If needed, use Restore purchases. If access still does not appear, email support with the approximate purchase time and your app version. Do not send payment-card details.

The app caches recently downloaded puzzle content and can use saved content when the network is unavailable. New or updated daily content, collections, challenges, and subscription verification may require an internet connection.

Progress such as completed puzzles, streak information, words found, preferences, and an active unfinished game is stored locally on your device in the current app design. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may remove that local information.

Yes. The app includes a custom-puzzle feature where you can enter your own words, choose Easy, Standard, or Hard, and generate the puzzle on your device.

The current app build is designed as an ad-free subscription experience and does not include an advertising SDK.

Ordinary Android gameplay does not require a separate Word Search Daily account. You can remove local app data through Android app settings or by uninstalling the app. On iOS, deleting the app removes locally held app data subject to your device backup settings. If an iOS account-linked subscription identity is active, follow the app account-deletion procedure; removing local files does not remove developer-held account records or cancel a store subscription.
